Osama Bedier, a former PayPal employee is now a VP at Google and was allegedly instrumental in transferring highly guarded trade secrets from one company to the other. According to PayPal they were in talks with the web giant for about three years before Google abruptly ended it all. Shortly after that, Bedier was hired by Google.
